Did you check with SME (Samsung Malaysia Electronics) or with one of the SEP (Samsung Elite Partners)???
Be aware that the shops in the shopping centers selling Samsung stuff with the big Samsung lighted signboard are SEP not SME. If SEP mentioned that I would check out the facts and if they are lying boycott that SEP permanently for the blatent lies to justify their markup above RRP.

Yes, my pre-order receipt from SEP for pb also stated deposit for rrp 2199. If they don't honor when I get it, threaten consumer tribunal 1st (then only maybe more drastic like you )

Actually Sakurazz's one is TPU (softer and more bumper protection?) whereas the mobilefun crystal case seems like rather good quality clear 'harder' plastic case.

SEP Mines had white selling at RRP on Weds. No blue. I think plenty of White now, just maybe not selling at RRP.
