Still looking around for a good soft silicone casing for my SGS3. Prefer those that covers all around the phone.
I bought one from Midvalley but the hole at the bottom is not big enough to plug in the charger....everytime when I wants to charge I have to remove the casing at the bottom part....sigh
SGP has no casing yet...
Casemate Tough Case is too bulky....
Otterbox casing not sure available or not yet....
Any casing to recommend?
Thanks

QUOTE(solsekuin44 @ Jun 11 2012, 02:57 PM) Thanks, now I understand more I bought this from yeelin04, a forumer. You can browse at Momax website. From what I've read, this works better than most TPU cases. This one is a hybrid. The back is made of hard PC, while the edges are made of TPU. Haven't received it. Can I have the link to the forumer that sells this? Btw, your photo shows the casing for Sony and not SGS3?

Hi guys, I know this has been discussed before but I think I missed the discussion or conclusion because this thread moves too fast In a dark room, when my screen is black, I can see some black spots like ink mark on the screen.....is this normal? Can I claim warranty? But I can never show this to the service centre without a totally dark room....

QUOTE(jokeserv @ Jun 11 2012, 03:57 PM) hi guys i was watching review and found a helpful tip. if you think it takes too long for your phone to return to home screen after pressing the home button, that is because the phone is waiting for s voice. to make it fast go into s voice setting and disable double tap home screen fucntion. now it is faster than htc one x! Thanks for the tips

QUOTE(awsc777 @ Jun 11 2012, 04:50 PM) But rooting voids the warranty right? New android user here Yes, technically when you root your SGS3, the warranty is voided. However, some users are prepared to take the risk by unrooting the device before claiming for warranty The choice is yours This post has been edited by erymanthus: Jun 11 2012, 05:00 PM

QUOTE(kantiaros @ Jun 11 2012, 04:59 PM) We bought Pebble Blue 24 hours ago and its cracked. Bf put in pocket while working and then he took out and found there is a slight crack across. He said maybe he bent over lighting to take something from table but its not hard at all. I read Went to Samsung SC said no warranty and they wanted to charge him RM480 (kesian him give 20-30% disc) On the other hand, Im using the White one without any protection, i just put in my handbag along with my stuffs , so is it jus pebble blue screen quality problem (i read in earlier thread another guy with pebble blue also having screen cracked prob) Honestly its not as durable as you think, i would think the quality has been compromised. Its the sad truth happy the moment you get it, sad for dont know when you actually crack the screen! p/s: Any of you got contact to repair the screen at much more lower price, pls pm me . TQ Although SGS3 has Gorilla Glass, it doesn't mean it will not crack. If you google, recently someone did a drop test of our SGS3 versus iPhone 4S.... When dropped, our SGS3 screen also cracked....so be careful

During my SGS2 days, the RAM used is always around 400+, max 500+.....never hit 600Mb... Looks like SGS3 is RAM hungry....not sure if it is the new Touchwiz....maybe we should try another launcher like Apex or Nova and check the RAM again...

Just for curiosity sake, in the Running Application, I use a calculator to add up all the RAM used by the apps listed and the total is only 153Mb .......but at the bottom left number shows 635Mb used....hmm, I wonder where is the missing 482Mb RAM being used???? Touchwiz???
