Singtel had a grey-ish blue S3 instead of the usual glossy blue S3 demo set today...

I'm targeting this case as of now (the red one)! Anyone having same taste as me? Hehe.

Urgggh. This case is so fugly! The color scheme is like somethg from jinjang factory.

And the button? It's protruding out like a sore toe!

And it seems very thick too.

Better use the ori flip case.

To addon,

A camera uses slower shutter speed at darker environments because the longer the shutter the more light it will take in, thus compensating the dark. Hardware wise, to solve this is to use a flash, bigger sensor or a brighter lens (like f/2.0)

User wise, keep your hands steady smile.gif

Or use a tripod.

yes, it happens to any camera even DSLR. higher iso will lose its sharpness and details.

for a smartphone, the sharpness is very acceptable. But only for ISO lower than 400. above 400 still acceptable. considered very good for smartphones. exclude nokia n9 and 808 out pls. blush.gif
yes.. technically correct.
darker place all die.. PnS oso die, phone oso die.

maximum ISO for S3 = ISO 1600
minimum ISO = ISO 80

min shutter = 1/10000 (yes, 10k)
max shutter = 1 sec

but for auto mode (most cases)
max shutter = 1/17 only

only a two modes will enable 1 sec and 0.5 sec shutter. make a guess..  rolleyes.gif

Forget abt s3 if ur main priority is camera performance. Thr are very powerful alternatives out thr.

S3 and s2 is same megapixel count. Quality is more or less same.
Both equally good to post basic pictures on Facebook, twitter, etc.

any idea which maxis center has stocks now?

Nobody here can confirm. Afaik, no important maxis ppl hangs out here.

If u want, go early and line up in klcc maxis.
It's the most likely place to have stock.
