why you want to know rotate speed?

all i can say its pretty normal, it doest feel like the phone lag, just smooth rotate

cause my galaxy nexus having some lag if i rotate my phone, which i feel a bit disappointed

Nexus is a developer phone. With custom rom on it, no lag on home screen.

Why do you need a blazing fast auto rotation for..?

If rooted..get Video Player apk then install it.
If not rooted..do a factory reset will bring back your Video Player
