just call samsung and the say e warranty using e mail is no working. they ask me to fax over this:

1) Photostat your receipt & warranty card (with dealer chop) on a piece of paper.
2) Write down:
ATTN: Samsung e-Warranty Team
Subject: e-Warranty registration
Your name :
Your contact no:
and the IMEI Number:

2) Fax to the following number: 03-77117298

Hi,  i would like to know,  in the numpad view,  how do i search a contact by name?  The numpad has alphabets on it but when i try typing out a name,  it only works on some contacts.
