Bro, mine got some rattling at the clock area, found out actual source is the aircond vent. I took out the air cond vent, put some paddings, and settled.

May be you can ask SC to check and rectify.

if Auto light on..it means fully automatic air control..that why if u press in auto mode and then u press air circulation, auto light will off..but another setting still in auto..only air circulation in manual mode...about fan speed and tmperature still in auto mode...if u press auto mode..the u manually fan speed..auto light will off also..but..circulation in temperature heat/cool still in auto mode..my 20sen...hehehe

hehe..all fortezan same happens like u..maybe their standard if temperature below 24'C..need to ask SC...at Korea ok if receive outside air...but mlysia maybe cannot coz our air pollution vry high..that why no issue about this..
