Actually if I count correctly, there are 8 airbags. Driver steering wheel + Front passenger front + Left front pillar + right front pillar + Left middle pillar (seatbelt) + Right middle pillar (seatbelt) + Left rear pillar + Right rear pillar.

Finally got my car today..wow...salesmen took me to i-avenue there fr tinted...took 5mil tint black...whole car rm1800-rm650 from kia bal rm1150 need to pay...shit!! D shop gal told me..if saman js bring to them bcz i take blck tint...nice le match wif white car but hv to sacrify saman le...what to do...heheh

Bro, since your usage is so low, maybe half an hour drive per day then I suggest you take 1.6. You can then use the 12K you saved from not buying the 2.0 to buy:

1. iPad or Samsung Tab (RM 1,800)
2. iPhone or Galaxy S3  (RM 2,000)
3. 40" LED TV (RM 3,500)
4. Leather seats for your 1.6 (RM 2,500)
5. Whatever you want with the balance (RM 2,200)

You don't live in your car so use the money to enjoy other things when you are not in the car!

Just want to check with you peeps. One of my friends lost their Forte Car Keys, the push start version. The mechanic quoted Rm800 for a replacement key. Just the key only. Is that really the price for a key? I mean like Rm800?

I was considering to buy Forte 1.6SX, after letting go my NEO CPS. Changing car due to Marriage. I was hooked with Forte as my first sedan car for its interior, exterior, stability, full of specs, most of all, worth the value for each ringgit that I am going to spend.

However, today saw at Paultan, the official K3 has been released, and yes, I was really2 looking forward to this car! But, considering that I am sort of urgent to change to a 4 door car, do u guys could estimate, when the K3 will be coming to Malaysia? And roughly, does it worth the wait? Or, just bought forte this year, and changed for K3 when it comes to Malaysia then?

If you buy forte now.. No need to change to k3 later. Its still the same car with only few changes and perhaps additional accessories.

If want to change, try other or better one like optima k5 , k9 or other brand so that you can feel all type of car.

hi all,

i found that there is an animal inside my engine bay.. probably at night time only when i park my car at apartment's parking lot. how to overcome this since i scared that the animal (maybe rats or other small marsupial) will do damage to my car by eating the cables and wires inside engine bay. maybe can cover base of engine bay with net or any other posibble solution? now my engine bay got bad smell from its poo..

Try rat glue.. So you will know where to find the glue if its trapped. If put rat poison, the rat might dead at other area.. Unless the poison can kill it straight away after eating the poison..

But if its a marsupial... Hmmm...
