got my car last week. manage to tinted, washed, cleaned and coated today. so far so good 
i'm using solar gard tinted, self coated using permanon and protected using various type of protectant mainly for vynil n dashboard.

how much that will cost for such insulation? adding insulator from interior or spraying those 3M coating to block noise/heat fro exterior?
anyone use change their air filter to those KNN, redline or other brand? any cons for doing so coz i did change it for my myvi and the throttle body get dirty more easily and need cleaning more often. hence I am still in 50-50 mode whether change it or not.

beware of your beloved forte as it seems forte has been targeted now. (1st car should be forte 4 speeds).

I would suggest you to keep the stock ones rather you need to fork out extra cash for new
16 inchers with new set of tyres..

my car now clocking apx. 5,070km and my 90% city drive FC improved to avg 8.8liter/100km from max 12liter/100km before 4k km mileage..

i guess the 2.0 with 17 inch rims doesn't cause really bad FC thou..

Yupp..u're right. I'm fall in this category. Prefer comfortable right & better acceleration. So i opted for a lightweight 16" rims with 55 in tire profile. Regarding the FC for my case, for long distance driving with mostly constant speed, the FC is the same from my observation (between 17" & 16" rims). But for mostly town driving with many stop & go situation, my current lightweight 16" rims give better FC than the original 17" rims.

If u prefer a comfortable ride, as like me, downgrading to 16" rims with a tire profile of 55 will do the trick.

If u refer to the user's manual, if we use 16" rims, the correct tyre size would be 205/55 so that the effect on the odo & speedometer is keep to very minimal. I've double check this with my onboard GPS last time, the difference is about 1-2km/h only

i also bought this K&N before i even get my car.... till today i havent change to K&N.... maybe this weekend i'll do it when i do some car detailing.....

I don't believe this when I first saw this post in the morning and guess what - It happened to me just now! After using Forte for 1.5 months, putting my iphone and smartkey in same pocket from day 1, really happen now! I better split them up.

You check is there any astro/tv antenna/wifi router antenna pointing at the affected area? The reason is: 3-4 years ago, I had a laptop that always hang when I work from my study room. But it works perfectly if I work from living hall or other area. It took long time to figure out what's wrong. At the end, I found an astro antenna is pointing straight at my study room. Then I go to neighbour ask them to turn off astro for few hours. Guess what, my laptop works perfectly! After my neighbour turn on astro again, damn the problem come back! Confirmed it's the antenna kacau my laptop!

So....don't underestimate these invisible wave.
