i thought Naza Kia only use Petronas or Shell engine oil?

Anyone know where can get the engine drop in filter, how much? I only see those reusable drop in filter in the garage sales forum but not the paper type one. Plan to bring these engine drop in filter and air cond filter go to service next time in case they ask me to change; it is much cheaper than buying from SC right

where is your rattling noise? dashboard or door? seriously loud?

mine on the front passenger side, i guess either the door or safety belt area
initially not so serious, acceptable in fact but i pandai pandai ask sc to fix it during 1st service
after that, more noticeable. then went there 2nd time and it became more n more serious :'(
am going next wed to fix the balancing prob, duno still wanna complain for 3rd time anot....

Bro, mine got some rattling at the clock area, found out actual source is the aircond vent. I took out the air cond vent, put some paddings, and settled.

May be you can ask SC to check and rectify.

anyone has this problem? 

updated mine last week, it will help a lil bit but will not solve 100%.

I went there to replace the GPS antenna due to faulty since day one. They upgraded the firmware also. To update or not, up to you. Honestly, I dun feel any different. haha.

they don't know how to fix it. sometimes i heard it got worse
that is the problem with naza, they never try to fix it.

Would like to ask where u guys send ur car to fix the vibration sound??
I have sent my car in for 4-5 times now and I m starting to get fed up with it.

I called the SC and said that I want to raise a complain but the only thing that she told me was "kalau u buat complain put u kena hantar kereta jugak, complain tu untuk record saja"

Wat nonsense. Any one know where can I raise a true complain??

anyone experience this ? i heard engine rolling sound when i depress the accelerator while the car in slow moving condition. i ask SC during my 1st service, they said it is normal.

i must admit that, forte is damn a lot of noice coming from almost everywhere right from engine, driver seat, driver door and vibration from dashboard while the car in moving speed. 

i turn up the radio vol against the noises to make some consolation for myself. 

Engine and gearbox is covered 5 years. Interior electrical all - 2 Years
