“Special Presentation of NSS and Bosch Automotive Products & Services”
Date: 8 July 2012
Venue: NSS Service Centre SB, Glenmarie Shah Alam
Time: 11 a.m. – 2.00 p.m
Audience: MYFORTE CLUB
Remarks: Event target 40 Forte participant for their Safety Inspection.

This special event includes preview of the Bosch automotive aftermarket products demonstration, Safety Inspection , and lucky draws for club members, and networking between Bosch and invited car clubs.

Description:
1. To cultivate stronger relationship between Bosch & Car clubs of M’sia.
2. To Facilitate and coordinate regular sponsorship requests for affiliated Car clubs.
3. To bridge communication between Bosch and affiliated Car clubs, for example; preview new Bosch products, Products demonstrations, Marketing promotions (roadshows, updates, service announcements) and Motorsports highlights.
4. To organize periodic convoy trips with affiliated Car clubs to Malaysian destinations/Singapore; supported by Partners of Motorsport Media SB.
5. Motorsport Media SB will meet with committee of invited car clubs to achieve targeted numbers of attendees.
6. Motorsport Media SB will provide photography and post-event write-up.
7. NSS will provide Safety Inspection up to 8 (selected ) Kia Forte
8. The rest of the Kia Forte safety inspection will done it in a due time

11:00 – 11:25 Arrival of Car clubs, Parking allocation & group photoShoot, Registration(doorgifts)
11:30 – 11-35 Start / Emcee Welcome Speech
11:40 - 12.00 Club Presidents short speech
12:05 - 12:30 Presentation by Robert Bosch SB and NSS rep.
12:35 – 1:30 Product Demo, Services and updates. Lunch F&B served to members
1:30 – 2:00 Networking & Adjourned
