At your light control there, there is a small control knob right before the light control.

We have it..it's mentioned in the spec list as far as i can remember

Guys, Fren forte aircon seems to be something wrong, car two weeks old, anyone face this before? Lunch time drove out, extremely hot, blow hot air

Only afternoon, night no issue, yea gonna send back sc check.

He bought it quite a good deal, 85k include everything 1.6sx, just that today notice aircon got issue, turn to 18C still hot.

Very good nvh n lots of goodies, now even with gps. Gotta admit this is one of the best value for money car

Nope..i owned Forte 4-speed that does not come with HU as standard. I bought an aftermarket HU. The first one the navigational software is damaged due to my experimental with the Papago X8, so i bought another HU..this time with the ori Papago X8.5..lol.

I have checked the com port & baud rate. It's the same with my PND..resolution also HD (the same). Still it damaged my HU

Hehe..maybe i will share about his later on. Just received the Preve for 1 week. It's too early to judge it now. Let the Preve done some mileage before i can make any reviews

agree, elantra and preve looks smaller from outside but in fact they are quite big and spacious
going to do my 1K service soon next week looking forward for better FC and hope will not encounter those issues that were reported by few members previously after 1K service; like loss of power, steering become heavier and etc

so far still enjoying driving it. BTW just notice the headlight will be turned off automatically after the engine is turned off so no more worrying about forget to turn off the headlight anymore

I just want to share with you about my car robbery (KIA Forte 1.6 Sedan-White) last week.

I was at Kuchai Lama, just off Old Klang Road near the new foodcourt opposite the FGA church at 830pm. When I opened my car door, 2 yound indian guys shouted at me then rushed at me with a parang each. They took my phone wallet etc and keep demanding my car keys (the key docket was in a small bag) that they already took.

After a minute or 2, with 1 of them keep threatening me for my car key, the other ransacked the car and managed to start the car and then they both drove away. I believe they targeted me for my car as they keep insisting for the car keys. All this happened with 2 chinese uncle (employees who were working in abrightly lit canopy making shop)witnessing the whole incident but pretend not to see or help.

So please be careful, KIA Forte now also kena targeted already. I was shocked when they keep insisting for the car keys. I am a guy and I am bigger and taller than the 2 of them (they were both thin medium height young indians). Can't imagine if a girl was targeted.

how to put it, even when in auto mode during overtaking for that few seconds you can feel the gear downshifted probably from gear 4 to 2 for power @2500 - 4000 rpm, but at the same time the engine is loud till the strong vibration can be felt frm the steering wheels n pedal, so fast mounting is loose? wish i can see which gear im running instead of just D in auto mode

Duno...need to check..mayb pg nt like tat kut..hehehe..
