I got my Forte last two weeks from Mr.Edwin Loh AZ Motor. Unfortunately i hit my front bumper, so misalignment occurs. The internal parts of the front bumper (clip) might be damaged. Any shop can recommend to repair it?

This guy here made the impossible possible. The Loh's have been tremendously awesome in services and also free gifts. I am not sure what gifts I am getting, but I am very happy to have Edwin here as my SA. Wanna get a KIA, get it from this guy. A car is not a good investment, but it is something that will make you happy. Make sure the journey is right. Edwin here got my loan approved, and it is a very special case so to say. Looking forward to meet Edwin here to get my car very soon

Hi Guys, just want to give a review for Mr Edwin Loh ( Lyn ID : Motorman), my sales agent which did a marvelous job for me. I just got my car yesterday ( Forte 1.6SX White ). Edwin has been a great support to me, his patience is really a virtue as he helped me from the day that I enquired ( I asked from many sellers including KS LOH lol ) and since his package was the best and KS LOH was outstation that time, I chose Edwin to be my SA. He is able to get an approval on my case, though it took slightly longer but since my case is special ( Just started working with parents retired and siblings working out of states ), he managed to get my dad as guarantor with me as hirer. He answers all my question and enquiries ( I ask alot ), and for those who needs a SA like that, he is the go to guy. Now I am enjoying my forte, so far so good. My parents are very happy we are able to get the car. And of course, I am a very happy man as well. Again, thumbs up for Edwin. My highest gratitude to you. Given higher credit to him on his professional and patient answered all the questions in term of best offer, technical questions and advices, test drive, loan application, car plate number etc etc in the past few months while doing my survey and research on the C segment car. He is willing to help even I have yet to confirm to get Forte

Besides, he also delivered what he had promised and I got my car within 2 weeks from the day I made booking. He helped out on the loan application, insurance NCD transfer and recovery, tinting, GPS activation, detail explanation when deliver the car to me, checking engine and chassis etc etc. Thumbs up to Edwin Loh on his service

Agreed on what 'nemurus' said, 2nd best deal which don't see much different from the best deal, but given the best service on the buying process. Will give comment once I start dealing with car service from his SC

I compared with a few dealers, at the time of my booking Motorman (Edwin Loh) gave me the 2nd most attractive deal. But I am more comfortable dealing with him as he seems to be much much more professional than many others.

In my line of work "best price" doesn't always translate to "better deals", I chose to work with Edwin due to his professionalism, plus he is not a freelance (which is most important). Trust me on this I already had a booking on another place for about 2 months (with loan docs already submitted), got so pissed at the SA's attitude that I just cancelled my booking with them and went to Edwin.

Sometimes it don't make sense to save on a few bucks when it comes with an avalanche of headaches.

Plus, my case is quite "special"... loan documents not so nice + I am overseas 90% of the time + I'm sometimes in JB & want to have a JB number plate... So you can imagine the number of questions I have. Edwin answered all of them (very quickly) and assured me that everything will be just fine. And yes he did just that.

So since he is a man of his words, I just let him match another guy's offer (the one that gave me a better deal) and I get the best of both worlds - Best deal & #1 service!

Anyway this is based on my experience and I am sure different people have different experiences, anyway do your research but if you have a choice between Edwin & XXXX, I highly recommend that you choose Edwin.

BUT.. this is on a "so far so good" basis, my loan is still giving me problems (but Edwin has done a great job in taking care of it)... so far seems that it has been approved and waiting for documentations.

I can't say what goes next, but other people seem to have good experience with him as well.

Super happy, just got my car this afternoon. It actually all starts with me liking Forte and checking out websites to find for offers. It was early January if I've not mistaken. Jotted down 7-8 SA's contact number and called each and every one of them, and one of them was Edwin Loh (Motorman). His offer was like the second best. (Yes, I know, kind of the same story again). But after asking the SA which offers me the best deal some questions, I feel like she is very not professional. She actually give alot of excuses for all things. Example, she said she wasn't giving TV because there are alot of problems with the TV, blablablabla. (they had promotion for giving out TV back then) And when I ask why not giving door handle tray, she actually say not good quality, will drop out and some other stupid stuff (I hate people bullsh*tting, how can that even drop out, it has got double sided tape and it fits into the hole). So at the end, I decided to go for Edwin's deal, which isn't too bad compared to that SA. I called Edwin and asked question and he answers them nicely and professionally. I told him I wouldn't be getting that car yet because I haven't got my driving license yet. He said it's okay and I can get back to him whenever I'm ready to book my car. Gave me the address and everything and said I should give him a call if I want to visit.

So few months passed, I got my license in Feb, but my dad said that it was too early to get me a new car. It was until May or so, I contacted Edwin again. He actually remembered me. He still talked nicely and didn't feel annoyed or whatever. Went over to Edwin's showroom in Seri Kembangan, asked about some stuffs and made the booking on the same day. My case was also a little special, because my dad is actually paying for a Myvi, and I'm working to pay for the difference for the Forte. He was nice enough to help me calculate the monthly installment for Myvi and Forte for me as well. So I know how much I need to pay every month. Such a nice guy. Then, I had to wait until mid July for my 18th birthday so that I can sign my HP agreement. After all those, went there and sign papers, after about 1 week, he informed that car is ready for collection on a Thursday, dad say to collect on Saturday. And he knew I was super eager about my car, he actually told me to get on a train to somewhere near Seri Kembangan and he will fetch me from there. I didn't want to trouble him so I passed. Oh yes. He actually cleared up a RM100 for me as well, because my number plate which I bought had already expired due to having to wait for my birthday.

So I collected my car today. Went to Raytech to do tinting which is near my area, and had been issued a voucher by Edwin. Asked for more discount and the guy called Edwin up and see whether he is willing or not. (Because you and I know better that all these SA gets commission from all this tinting vouchers, even after all those discounts, they still earn alot, so giving commission will be okay. So if you have any friends which does tinting, you don't need all these vouchers and yet you can get cheaper price.) And again he was so nice to say okay. His commission is reduced to give us discount. Not much, but still, better than nothing.

So overall, from day one which I called up to today, I'm very satisfied with Edwin being my SA. I would proudly and loudly say that he is the best SA which I've ever spoken to or meet. He made my first car purchasing experience such an interesting one. So anyone who is going to get a Forte for raya or whatsoever, go and get it from him. I can assure you that he will be giving best deal and best service.

And if you must know who is that shitty SA, pls PM me so you can avoid her. And I've been a silent reader since V10 or 11. Those who think that this is an account made just to help Edwin, it's okay. You have the choice of not believing me.  but it's your loss
