hey guys, i got my car somewhere last November, 1.3 EZI, and my fc is quite a cutthroat.. my full tank cost roughly around rm60 and it goes 320km max. my car usually goes between 8.9-10.0km/l. Is there any way to improve my fc? or is it just my bad luck getting a high fc car?

Added on June 27, 2012, 2:53 amoh and im a not that much of a heavy footer. and i use my car to go to class, get some food and the occasional trip to the mall every once in a while.

i usually service my car when its at the specified mileage or when the specified period of month has lapsed. My mileage is 8k, but ill be servicing it soon (3rd service) as the period is nearly due.

as for the second question, maybe. i usually inflate it every other week, depending on my schedule. is that sufficient?

and nope, i rarely keep my car idle. usually ill turn off the engine when im waiting for people.

For AT 1.3 Myvi, the worst I've heard was 380km with full tank...perhaps you can try by reseting the ECU by removing the ECU1 fuse @ the fuse box behind the drawer for 2 hrs then plug it back

Personally i think thats very high because 8.1/100km equals to 12.3km/l... I even after high rolling resistance tires still manages n averages 14.5km/l which equates to 6.9l/100km.. Mine 1.5 manual, city driving all the way

Hi all,my wife met with an accident with one myvi last thursday..may I know cost of replacing the driver side door and rear passenger door.. It was dented slighty but the myvi driver don want to re-knock the door instead ask for new one..

At first myvi driver agree to reknock and repaint the dent which cost rm600.. But he later change mind want to change new door panel now..aiseh..seems like we need to go thru lot of hassle with police report n insurance claim after this

Yes it's normal. It's like your electronic devices are all starting up.

Maybe it only occurs when your car have been OFF for more than an hour?

Anyone know the exact range our LPLB Myvi can go after the fuel indicator start blinking? 

Driving from Ipoh to Penang just now. The range show 36KM. I enter the Penang bridge and stuck in jam for 10 min. Then in the middle of the bridge, the range show --- KM. I was like WTF.   

Luckily my car did not stop at the middle of the bridge there.

Btw, my auto 1.5 got 435 KM for full tank before I refuel again after the blinking. I guess the FC should be better after my first 1000 KM service this evening. 

maybe ur brake pad had reached the indicator?
when u apply the brake did u hear the sound?

so its really the brake pad problem?
btw RM125.50 include labor n tax? 
its like..kindda expensive? lol..not very sure~
because my Bendix metal king titanium for Civic EK VTEC DOHC brake pad include installation only cost RM160 as I changed my brake system.
