i plan to make a duplicate key without the immobiliser , just to be handy and lightweight enough just to be store away in my wallet. i need a spare just in case i lost it while im outstation far far away from the house where i kept the original one. is it possible to manually shut it off if i use just the key to open the door without the immobiliser key ?tq

Perodua provide 2 spare key with immobiliser only. i was wondering if any of you duplicate the key with the immobiliser or without it?

i think the only way is to ask the SC to duplicate for u..remember the code tag attached to your car key when u received ur car?..they will use that code to duplicate for u if im not mistaken..the code can also be found inside your service book..

no u don't understand. i don't want the immobilizer or the remote control in my pocket everyday. i just want to keep the key in my wallet daily , i need to bring a spare key that i can use in case of emergency.

I think no matter that, you will need the Immobilizer.

ok , seem like i cannot just duplicate only the key. May i ask how much will it cost me to duplicate another key with the immobilizer in Perodua and whether this can be done cheaper outside beside Perodua?

hi all,

myvi 2006 owner reporting. i need to know if anyone of you who own this old model have install b4 a buzzer as warning in case you have forgotten to switch off the headlamp light after you alighted from your car during day time especially when rain?

according to some accessory workshop i visited, most of them don't do it. even if they do it, they said the buzzer is the loud type and not meant for this.

Do u guys have added this sort of buzzer before ? tq
