Guys, which part is giving problem when there is a "grook grook" sound at the front suspension when going through bumpy roads at low speed? I notice the problem came after the tyre shop jack up the car to change the tyres. Anyone can share their experiences? (Btw its not the infamous caliper sound from the loose pins)

QUOTE(-TJF- @ Sep 16 2012, 05:23 PM) go back and ask them to have a check on ur lower arm depending on which side the noise is at. as times goes by, the sound might be louder and scarier..no worries, u will not have to change or buy anything as it just adjusting back the lower arm "screw" =) Thx for your advice. I will try and ask them to check. Must be the tyre shop guy who did it when he was adjusting the camber of the car. I notice the sound is at the right side especially when i jerk the streering to the right. The sound is like "ge-dub ge-dub ge-dub" This post has been edited by Yapmy: Sep 16 2012, 05:50 PM

QUOTE(goliath @ Sep 17 2012, 11:16 AM) Just wondering, does the sound appear when you go over a speed bump? I'm having some problem with my front part (not sure which part) and the service centre can't find the cause. For speed bumps, only sometimes but the sound is not so prominent. Its very prominent when going through bumpy roads or when i jerk my streering to the right when its at standstill.

Hi guys. Myvi 1st gen - there is some rattling sound inside the front bonnet when the aircond compressor starts spinning. When the fan stops the rattling sound stops aswell. Does anyone have a clue what is the problem? Worried if it can't be fixed. It can be heard only when the car is not moving. It sounds like vibrating metal parts. I believe the sound is coming from the front where the radiator is connected.
