Hey guys got a question here.
I'm getting a Myvi SE 1.5 Auto, and I see lots of dealers in the trade forums here selling with "discounts", i.e. they apparently forgo their commission. The comments on their threads do make them seem reputable, but I'm wondering is there any catch? Is it possible some extra features won't be included when I get my car?

I'm buying a new Myvi and the dealer is giving me a RM 400 tint voucher. The voucher can be used for tints from Tint Master and Three S Tint. Never heard of them so I'm not sure which is better. Any ideas? Budget will be around RM 1,000 to 1,200 before discount.
IINM the JPJ ruling says the front windscreen must allow at least 60% of light while the sides, 50%.

Guys is there a new revision to the Myvi last month or something? Because I'm about to buy the SE 1.5 and the sales agent told me the production month is August. But my friend just told me he heard something about some new features or whatever which were added last month. Any truth to this?

Just got my Myvi SE 1.5. How come the air cond compressor sounds so loud? When it kicks in the engine goes from silent to WHOOOOOO. The lights dim for a split second and if I'm accelerating I can feel the loss in power for a split second too. Is this normal?

QUOTE(Area51SE @ Oct 22 2012, 10:27 PM) Aircond Compressor is known to be loud for P2 cars actually. Lights dim is also normal but by adding VS (Voltage Stabilizer) would solve the problem. The lost in power I'm not sure with that. Didnt encounter that problem though. and another thing I noticed is that when the compressor kicks in there is noticeable vibration. Is this normal?

QUOTE(Area51SE @ Oct 23 2012, 11:07 AM) Nope not for me, Maybe you could send it to SC and get it checked? I asked around and some say yes it's normal some say dunno. When the compressor kicks in, the headlights dim slightly for a SPLIT second, the rev goes up a bit, there's some vibration on the steering wheel, and you feel the engine lose power for that split second. Anyone else experience this?
