Hi BRO, which 1.5 MYVI they calling for inspection. Im using 1.5 auto extreme never get any letter so far.. already done my 5000km service 3 weeks ago. Seems like they never tell anything also.

GUYS,

is it advisable to change my tyres from standard 175/65/14 to 185/60/14 ?

doesnt it consume more fuel, since bigger tyres..
what r the advantages and disadvantages of changing to 185/60/14...

mine now 7 months old car.. 1.5 extreme auto, i can give u some explanation based on my recording...

1 liter of RON 97 - 2.80
40 liter myvi tank - RM112

1 liter of RON 95 - 1.90
40 liter myvi tank - RM76

i have pumped 21 times, always when range left below 30km.. so i can pump for more than RM65 RON95 mostly..
the fuel indication bar shows full, but the range varies...

my average price is RM0.17 / km , so if RM65 can get up to 380km for 34 liter

so for 40liter RM76 can go up to 440km....


yours shows range 371km, when range reach 30km it will start to blink with the final bar...
wait until the final bar disappear then immediately pump in petrol full tank, can go up to RM70...

do u know my car stopped once with totally no petrol, kekeke
that time i pumped for RM75 for empty 40liter tank.... and i noticed range showed 480km

im thinking of CONTINENTAL, not changing my rim just want to maintain with 14inch..

any other brand tyres u suggesting ?

My current tyres are CONTI COMFORT CONTACT CC5 175/65/R14...

so i planned to maintain 14inch rim, so which is recommended

185/60/14 or 185/65/14... what brand is advisable...

or should i go for same CONTI..

CC5 looks good with the grip and not the much of noise as well...

talking about michelin XM2, i have checked their website but MYVi not listed for 185/65/14 do we still can fix it ?
what would be the latest price of a piece of XM2 185/65/14 ?
is it made of malaysia ?

or the central locking works pressing something else ?

if its not definitely u will fix by ur own right locks once stepping brake..

mine 7 months old car...

so what r the editional features inside ? but seems u having that central locks so i guess should be same as mine

ya still ok... once in a week do car washing only those black mark dripping on body from washers problematic..
if u leave it quite sometime, that thing really sticks hard on body...
since ours bright colour those black marks are obvious.. whenever car expose to rain definitely it happens and common issue for all cars..

they do well... i did once at outside damn had headache only...
also never bypass the cable to watch DVD while driving.. it doesnt works by simple bypassing must go grounding level..
as per JPJ LAW.... movie only displays when ur lift handbrake

also take care of ur multimedia player, since its highly wanted and people tend to break in to steal that...

have u checked any noises coming inside compartment.. from door frame or anywhere ?

Guys i have question,

I just did my 3rd service at P2 SC in 11000km...then after service 1 day later i noticed the sticker showed next service in 21000km, then i quite surprised thought they used full synthetic oil or what...
i checked service bill it was still semi synthetic...
then i did quick check in service booklet i noticed after 3rd service.. next following services are 20,000km 30000km 40000km....

is that so ? why for myvi like that ?
