Mine is manual car. Planning on LCP, iridium spark plugs & works drop in filter next.
What's highly pumped tires? Ahak.
Need to come out for TT to know more biggrin.gif
*
U pump ur tires higher than recommended by manufacturer.. My tire is running at 230kpa/33psi front 210kpa/30-31psi back.. The back tires pressure depends on load.. if u always take 4 ppl in the car or a lot of cargo then u need to pump higher at the back..

wow...sounds so many things to mod. but the mod get both power and good fc no??
*
Yeah the mods i said above are power and FC improvements.. If u noticed i have left out exhaust system.. Basically the exhaust is more for power improvement instead of FC.. FC does increase slightly after changing extractor if the driving style is EXACTLY the same as before removing extractor.. But if u were to change ur driving style to suit the increased power, u will get FC benefits in return..

Mana ada punya.. Technically the FC will increase due to the higher amount of A/F mixture entering the combustion chamber as more of the exhaust air are drawn out.

Hi all,

Last time i do complain that my brake was creating some noise, till now i also fed up with it already as i approach the mechanic he say the brake is like that.  Want to ask if i change it to "Bendix Metal King" will the annoying sound still there?

The sound not happening when start moving, i assume cuz the temperature of the brake still cold, once hot it start creating the sound everytime i brake. I'm not the kind of ppl keep do hard brake, i just need to minimize the annoying sound and once in a while i will go genting.

Pls help sad.gif
*
Installing Bendix Metal King is not probably going to eliminate the sound. Since ur brake sound is rather persistent, i would recommend u to go to EA to check it out and see.. Probably there is more problem than just a brake pad problem..

Members here.. comparing Falken Ziex, Yokohama A-drive, and Hankook V12.. which 1 is better?

Main criteria to take into consideration is noise level should be low, and treadwear rating should be high.. as for grip, to me, my Conti CC1 also produced enough grip already.. hehe..
*
My opinion, V12 is good performance tire, noise level very high though, treadwear also high.. For falken Zien 912/522 is quite quiet, grip is good also.. better than NS500 and better than CC1.

whats wrong with A-Drive? Y U NO MENTION?
*
I dont like Yokohama line of tires except Advan dB.. Yoko tires are generally soft walled and combi top soft bottom hard compound, giving u poorer cornering performance, and tires get very noisy after the initial soft grippy rubber wears off.. Poor grip too..

Toyo T1-R.. All time tire i will swear by to be the best.. Quiet soft compound, medium hard walls.. So cornering is good, comfort is good too.. but tires tend to wear off faster a bit.. can last around 40k km.. But worth the money.. Not to mention excellent wet grip also..

QUOTE(The_FQ400 @ Jun 27 2012, 01:35 PM)
my dad dont let me pump the tires more than 205kPa..  cry.gif  now the steering feels like a dumbbell and FC shoot up to 9.0l++
*
so under pressured.. PE heavy car somemore.. FC sure shoot like no where.. mine front 230kpa and 210 back is the best combi so far..

dear all,
ayam need advise.
currently got 2 option.(new job)
1st can learn more.. salary more 20% than current job..
2nd.. learn lesser. can be say no more learning new task than current job. but pay extra 40%.
current ayam is 23...if u were me.. what will u do??????
ayam damm emoing now
*
2nd lah.. the pay jump higher.. the amount u learn or the job scope is not really necessary to make u better.. All u need to know is how to bullshit in the interview thats it.. even if u know how to do more stuffs also later on when u change company u will need to get used to the new company procedures/programs and ways of doing stuffs too.. So i would say leave the new stuffs to on the job learning if u change in the future.. Get the pay rise now..

Less things to learn also means less chance of getting an increment if u're committed to the company. When u learn new things, u have experience in different fields, when u finally decide to job hop Ur resume will be much more favourable than other applicants.

laugh.gif Zeng's method of BS at interview shows like an unemployed fella trying to get a job. Desperado.
Even employed also, sooner or later the employer will look at the fella and see him like a piece of con job.
*
Its not a matter of being desperate.. Its that my style of learning needs to be hands on. So for me i pick up very fast when im learning on the job. Certain jobs offers u a more narrow job scope. But with a narrow scope u learn more in detail. Shelby is in accounting field. A thing you should know about accounting field is that its not a very dynamic field, its afterall based on past results. But the things that makes the difference is the approach u use for auditing or financial statement preps etc.. When u develop a specific way of doing those stuffs and u get to refine it as u focus more on it.

Learning a broader job scope can give u a better employment benefit. It looks better that somebody knows more of their job.. So it looks like u are getting more benefits when u hire somebody. Thats an advantage too, but its very subjective when u are either hiring a person who knows 50% of a lot of things or 85% of a more specific job scope.

Hiring somebody is about putting the right ppl with the right skill sets with the right job, not putting ppl with a narrow still set at a wider job.

biggrin.gif Not saying that your style of learning is flawed but employers now want people to know the job and not learning on the way. As for the above bolded statement, I know the majority will employed the 50% guy because nobody will hire a person who can do one thing even he will achieve 85% of it.
*
For me I find the employers that knows how to see the 85% of it. When u can prove that u are good at what u are going to do, u are able to leverage higher on ur pay. icon_rolleyes.gif

Soon I will can afford better cars and bigger houses as well as exotic vacations..

All the best to you mate. thumbup.gif But sad to say, nowadays employers want multipurpose workers. It reduces the amount of people that're doing the same job. Why hire 10 Ppl to do 1 job when you can have 5 Ppl to do 2 jobs? Efficiency, bro. There's a reason why double degrees courses are on the rise now. Graduating with 1 degree alone is not really enough nowadays. Unless, of course, you're doing specialist courses like medical or Law where Full expertise is needed in that particular field, which is where u need to do 100% of 1 job instead of 85% of 3 jobs (We're talking about saving lives here). That's if you're looking to get employed la.

P.s: S4 is awesome man... 295 just now.. XD
*
nowadays employer taking the 2nd option.. then employees feel like there is never ending work to do.. and supervisors will complaint employees are useless cos productivity not high..

CC5 also like shit bro.. i drove my housemates car after he wear in his new CC5 tires by a few k.. Ended up also grips like shit.. My NS500 is better that it.. I powerslided out on my corner out to the main road.

QUOTE(xandras @ Jun 29 2012, 11:16 AM)
My word of advice: If you can afford Michelin XM2/PS3, go for Pirelli. Michelin tyres are overpriced and the performance and wear is inconsistent throughout their lifespan.
*
Pirelli good for the first 30% only.. The rest of the tire will be just sound and smoke only.. haha..

QUOTE(abong8 @ Jun 29 2012, 11:56 AM)

Advan DB just now I asked at automotive thread there RM435/pcs for 205/50/16.. Walaoweh..

Jepun mari.. PS3 215/45R17 jepun mali RM750.. Thailand mali RM530.. See the difference..

Pirelli good for the first 30%? lol, tell me a brand & model of tyre that is good for all 75% of it's life before it needs replacement.

XM1 last time always have uneven threadwear problem.. Dunno urs now got the same probs or not..
BUt from what can see is that they increase the compound hardness to improve life and rolling resistance..
XM1 last time have good grip when its new..But forgot how long later then got not enough grip also.
