buy 62k vesion la, nanti tebu too powerful make ur handbrake cable snapped since you drive with handbrake engaged one. And also you can prevent your bird bird got sucked into the intercooler since you mysteriously hump your car during the night one.

U mean his 2" maggot? Cos bird is overkill to be used to describe his self-proclaimed 'dragon'.

Hi sifus,

Any idea to change the brake servo for persona b line. The brake was too spongy, this the second time accident within 6 months.

I driving slow as below 60 km/h , however after press the pedal, the car still can't stop some more lock wheel. Any ideas for me to improve the brake??

I search google found evo3 or sr20 brake servo, double layer can fit into persona, im still think of should go ahead for this??

P/s: my brake pad : bendix mtk
brake fluid change: last interval 10k km

Thank you
*
Do you really think changing the servo would work?

Changing the servo = increase braking power. Increase braking power = tyres lock more easily.

Perhaps you should check the condition of your tires instead, and change your braking distance. Brake further away gradually rather than stomping on the brake pedal expecting the car to stop there and then.

In a parallel universe, 90 degrees is straight, 180 & 360 degrees are bends.

Ah bong, remember to give feedback on Myth LCP. If I'm not wrong, the size is a bit smaller than our stock. It has rubber damper and thats the reason I consider it earlier tho still in doubt on the size. Want to see whats the difference in performance, noise, etc? Might be considering if it has significant difference than works without the damper.
*
The size is exactly the same. Weight differs by about 100 grams over the old Works' LCP. The weight is exactly 1/3 of OEM pulley weight. OEM ~1.9 kg, mytheo 632 grams. I personally feel Mytheo less vibrations compared to works. Performance wise, not much difference.

QUOTE(Cavino @ Jun 20 2012, 07:19 PM)
IF I've known it has lesser vibration, I would have gotten Mytheo rather than works since vibration is my main concern hence enquiring abt the damper thingy. Earlier asked nobody mentioned or I missed the comment on the vibration difference.

Although our PE supposedly harmonic resonance does not comes until after 5K rpm thus supposedly has no need of damper, the increased vibration, IMO might not be good for engine in long term. Less vibration is always better than more anyway thus my initial complain on noise and vibration after Works installation. Price is almost 3 times of Works tho....but I should have gotten Mytheo instead, a bit regret liao (no regret on LCP installation tho).
*
I told u to go for myth, didn't I? Some members here are against that idea, and at that time the price was tempting enough to make you buy without thinking twice. Anyway, I wouldn't have known mythology is smoother if it's not because I tried works myself.

QUOTE(Cavino @ Jun 20 2012, 08:48 PM)
Ya, the Work price did it at that time and I really did not know (or truly missed it) abt Mytheo being smoother and less vibration. Whats more, I did not expect the noticeable vibration after installation of Works, so when after install, started complaining. Now getting used to it but still.....

Sh*t, now I seriously thinking abt selling Works and get a Mytheo instead. Direct competition with abong. Anyone wants a Works LCP, almost new since install like.......when also I forgot...wait, it should be before my last service...thats only 5-7K mileage. Working good actually but I personally very sensitive to noise and vibration....most ppl actually don't mind.

But the darn Mytheo gonna cost my RM700+ I guess since market price is RM600. Got to top up almost RM500 extra. Xan, you think its worth it or not, in your personal opinion, on the decrease of vibration and increased smoothness. Worth the extra dough?
*
It's still RM 600. No change from before. It depends on you. I, for one, am personally annoyed with the vibrations as well. But I don't think I'm gonna spend another RM 600 just to reduce the vibrations. RM 600 I'd rather use it to improve the insulations of the car.

vccy gave me his LCP, it has a small chip on the edge of the LCP. Should be ok to use right?
*
The small chip will cause it to be unbalanced. Vibration increase. Then the parts may go loose.
