I need to renovate my house:
1. front car porch roof which is only covering half of the car park will need to be replicate on the other half.
2. 3x bathroom need to re tile and every item like basin, toilet bowl will be changed, 3 unit bathrooms
3. split staircase (staircase to 2nd flr) with wooden steps supported by an iron bar will need to demolish for a cement with tiles
4. some touch out on dining hall, living hall, kitchen, like changing tiles etc
5. all windows to be changed to swing out type but problem is I still want to maintain the wooden frame, is it possible?
6. will add if I can think of any

Please tell me you contact and possible just give me a rough estimate, I will buy the material like tiles, toilet fitting etc, I will just need "wet work".
My house is 20X70, double storey.

1. I can't give you any estimate until I see the existing roof.
2. Bathroom tiling work should cost between RM3.00 to RM5.00 psf depending on difficulty.
3. Staircase concrete works will be about RM1,5xx. Tiling RM5.00 psf.
4. Same as number 1.
5. You cannot maintain the wooden frame. But I suggest you change to aluminium frame for elegance and longer lifespan.
