create website using adobe photoshop, problem when i save it. help me!

sure ma... photoshop is image editor.. it can crate image for web.. but cannot auto create web using it..(from what i know.. ) u must used dreamwiver, frontpage.... (web editor program) to create web.. used google to find totorial..
