One week later 2 technician came and installed the modem. Tested the line ok. DSL steady, but cant connected, "Couldn't find PPPoE server" error. So the technicians said will check for me and went off.
1 week later still cant connect. I called one of them. They said reported to TM-Net.
Have to wait for investigation. I've also called the support center. They said I have to let the technician to activate for me, because im getting the free modem package.
Then i keep calling the technician every 3-4days for good news. No news.
2 weeks ago, DSL signal lost, nothing at all.
I getting frustrated, 1 month+ getting the modem and i still cant connect. I want to find out why, what's wrong. Who should i talk to? Complain?
Help... i hope to enjoy unlimited surfing during CNY.
