As in the leg also cannot blur? Then Photoshop. Technically speaking if u want to blur our that floor it will feel off regardless cause they are literally on the ground.

Basically all phone today is using AI to combine Tele + Wide, so AI can control the area of BOKEH. (except Pixel still using single lens)
(Using PP, mean you try to do what AI doing)

For camera, you are using DOF which the further from lens the BOKEH feeling will be.

In short
Camera is hardware bokeh which nature follow the DOF
Phone is software bokeh, if you really zoom in on edge can see the limit of it.(esp the hair..)

Anyone meet issue with jumpy toggle dial (the switch to toggle between manual, aperture, auto etc.)?

like when you try to switch mode, then the software try to jump to a different mode. I suspect some dust got in.

Have a question to all Sifu's out there. I suspect there's some dust trapped in my RX100 M1 lens. It's really bothering me and i want to get this fixed. The suspected dust can be seen at the top left area of the shots. The attached images should give you guys an idea. My questions:

1) Where would you guys recommend i get this fixed? (Im based in PJ, BU area)
2) I've owned this unit since 2013. There's nothing wrong with it as far as i can tell, but what other maintenance work that should be done at this stage?

Thanks!

Me since launch. Kinda a bit disappointing as I come from A6xxx series. Hard to hold. But plus point is size.

Somehow the color is not as vibrant and it’s not as bright due to the smaller sensor than the A6xxx.
I can accept the wide part, just have to walk further. The zoom range is great. The size and weight also means I don’t have shoulder ache after a while days of walking.

Btw I’m just a casual and vacation shooter. I do missed the A6xxx interms of easiness to grab/hold, color, my Zeiss Touit wide. If you think the size and weight, zoom of RX is enough to compensate for the weakness go for it. I travelled to cities several times a year. So if I goto japan I wish I had the RX to capture food photos in tiny restaurant. But when I’m in Australia I wish I have the bigger and easier to hold camera. Best is to have both base on usage
