the "normal" MG Strike Freedom would have yellowish inner frame, so you're gonna have to paint it yourself to get that golden finish.

as for MG Strike Freedom Full Burst Mode, there will be some gold plated/pre-painted parts on some portions on the inner frame out-of-the-box, mostly exposed parts like the hands, joints etc.

picture below shows a painted one (on the left) and the original inner frame colour (on the right). the MG Strike Freedom FBM have similar finish with painted one



oh, another thing. MG SF FBM have extra effect parts and a special dark clear base aside from the plated parts, so it's gonna cost a bit more than the normal MG SF.
