Quick review of SC 421 on 1.8MT

Mod list.
1. KNN
2. Wira rims + ps3
3. Stock snorkel

Noise : slight additional noise not quite noticeable. I would says 5% or less additional noise.

Response : engine felt more free. Less restriction. Idle to 2k.. Can feel it is responding much quicker. My butt tells me first 2k can feel it climbing like 20%? Faster?? Sorry my butt not as sensitive as jnick geh
2k onwards, light pedal u can see rpm climbing much faster. The engine sounds much smoother as well. I believe the siham creates quite lot of restriction for theexhaust. When hit 3k onwards u can juz feel that it wants to go. Somehow i feel the engine runs much smoother. Less strugling. The powerband quite smooth i woud say. Way up to 5k++.. Then it starts to slowdown abit. Mind u guys im not using the latest fine tuned map. As i have not dyno my own car yet. I believe once its set and tune properly it will be more fun. As im still with the cat. I think removing it helps a lot.

All in.. Quite satisfy.the car much more responsive. Light pedal it will go easier.

1.8 MT is still in production .. its 79k vs preve auto at 73k ... auto vs manual .. different league...

Fuuhhh.... reporting in after a super long day snaking at Sunway.

Because of Jnick voodoo cursing me, damn suay. K3's car ok.

Install first extractor, flange at engine leak. Car come out boxer turbo sound.

Install new extractor. Now got vibration pulak at 800-900rpm and resonance at 2k-2.3k rpm. Pengsan.

Talked to frank. Gonna DIY remove the heat shield (i suspect its this part) and see how. If not Saturday will need to go in again.

Haih... After reading k3 review make me wanna put that extractor. I think I better del my lyn account

Peter , according to few ppl.... Decat and put this Sc mid pipe.... They not really smell Amos.... They also dunno why.

Psstt.... that time Stairz car with custom mid pipe got no smell wor..... vely weird... but i cannot tahan the sound... PRRRAAARRRPPPP

Where got so kua chiong until got smell bro... doesnt make sense...

I been driving around with full exhaust system from extractor to muffler... dont see me sniffing gas daily

early morning started the car.. u can feel its vibrate more on the 1st second when it try to starts. immediately gone when it started..

drive like usual .. but somehow feel the pedal much lighter .. example .. previously need to pedal 10% of the throttle . now i only need 5% of it ..and u can feel the power coming ..

today casual drive slow to work ... proton shah alam .. (not that i love to drive slow .. but dun like kena love letter) .. i can see the the fc is going better.. usually i get 10 - 11km/L .. (on the meter) .. today i get 12.2km/L. I bet the smaller opening of the throttle body means less fuel and air is needed to push the engine .. as less restriction on the extractor already.

psst .. im looking into my copied doc... see can improve further or not .. ops .. i mean copy

last night when cruising to get the Holland trip ticket.. on 5th gear ... tekan slightly .. and i was looking for 6th 

but i like the feel ... without SC .. u wont have that feel
