Actually can go Tune Hotel for a night. They can really make a small space worth a rm68/night. Quite useful for small bedroom or bathroom references

Yes i source my own tiles...purhased tiles from jalan ipoh...price range rm5.50 for floor per piece and wall cost me like 7 plus per piece....workmanship to change tiles 3300 with water proofing N plaster ceiling , down light...other fitting purchase from puchong...350 for the basin , rain shower 350..7 pieces accessory...less then 100...mirror 50...john suisse one piece lago water closet rm 780...bi fold door 378 for the toilet....
