anyone know why i cant seem to receive MMS? it will only appear as a "download" button in the chat bubble, but when i select it, it won't download o_o

i charged my S3 fully till 99% yesterday night before bed (it won't go above 99%), and woke up this morning with 90% battery left

when i open up the battery app, it says that Cell Standby consumed 64% and screen consumed 11%
