I need your help... I posted in V1 or V2 about my dead pixel problem... So last Sunday I went to Samsung Service Centre in Lowyat to send it in for repairs. They say will take 3 days, and to call them after 3 days if no response. On Wednesday I called them, they said that the parts JUST came in, so they will start fixing my S3 now and call me either yesterday or today... I call them again today and now, they say that parts actually HAVEN'T arrived yet and they STILL haven't fixed my phone... When I ask if I can have one-to-one exchange they say cannot, since they only service phones there...
I bought the S3 at the roadshow in Midvalley last week and the reseller there said that they don't deal with exchanges or fixing. So now I dunno who to go to to get one-one exchange. Frustrated to the max, since all my friends now mocking me and S3... Baru beli sudah kena tukar... Dunno how to defend from them...
Anyone got a better idea what I should do? Parents are nagging me to send letter to Samsung Korea and complain o_O Judging from their FB page they don't respond to customer comments either... Sigh...
