Just an additional info for the peeps in Kuching.

There's a number of limited S3 in several Digi outlets now. When I mean limited, it's really LIMITED.

There's around 5 PEBBLE BLUE only in Hills currently so it's a fast grab thing. (I want white so this info is for those that want blue only)

There's actually stock but in other branches but some reserved and some coming over the next few days. biggrin.gif

Hi everyone,

I need your help... I posted in V1 or V2 about my dead pixel problem... So last Sunday I went to Samsung Service Centre in Lowyat to send it in for repairs. They say will take 3 days, and to call them after 3 days if no response. On Wednesday I called them, they said that the parts JUST came in, so they will start fixing my S3 now and call me either yesterday or today... I call them again today and now, they say that parts actually HAVEN'T arrived yet and they STILL haven't fixed my phone... When I ask if I can have one-to-one exchange they say cannot, since they only service phones there...

I bought the S3 at the roadshow in Midvalley last week and the reseller there said that they don't deal with exchanges or fixing. So now I dunno who to go to to get one-one exchange. Frustrated to the max, since all my friends now mocking me and S3... Baru beli sudah kena tukar... Dunno how to defend from them... sad.gif

Anyone got a better idea what I should do? Parents are nagging me to send letter to Samsung Korea and complain o_O Judging from their FB page they don't respond to customer comments either... Sigh...

Help please? Thank you sirs...

Not sure if i missed posts about this but does anyone have issues trying to change the lockscreen wallpaper?
I try to change it and crop the picture but it still doesnt change. Even trying to change to the existing default wallpapers fail.

For the life of me I cannot figure out why I cannot change it..its driving me NUTS!!!

Too bad. You just have to wait. Apart from Telcos, some resellers just don't do a one-to-one exchange here. Unfortunately. =/
