Went to 1U Samsung roadshow yesterday. All demo units are white but white are sold out. No blue demo units but plenty of blue for sale.

You guys prefer white or blue?

Agree! After 5 charging the battery still drain quite fast. The standby time also not as good as HOX. My HOX standby time can remain at 100% after about 8 hours maybe due to extra 5th core.

Anyone managed to install Swype Beta on their S3? Keep getting parse error.

Yes. Charge untill 100% at 12am. Wakeup from sleep at 8am, battery still 100% at 2g and wifi off, synch on.

I fine that this S3 battery is better than my previous Note, wondering why? Although the battery capacity for S3 is lower than Note

Why when I play videos the brightness automatically become dimmer? Prefer more brightness when playing video.

I just realized TB wont work as the phone is not rooted. So u guys mostly rooted?

Are you using Power Saving mode?

Alternatively, you can uncheck "Auto adjust screen power" in Display setting.

I think so too.. But although S3 screen is smaller than Note, but the screen capacity it's clearer and better ryte?
So since it's better screen quality, it should also consume more juice?

guys u can try this out, it will turn to 2g if ur screen if off for 10min

anybody know in s3 whether skype works like video player. in video player u can play it as a pop-up screen and move it around while u do other things. i wonder if u can do that on skype too.

on pc i do it a lot. i just leave skype on the whole day while working on the pc. its like u are not alone although physically u are. i like to bring that experience into galaxy s3 too.

btw, i am ready to buy, but the price here in kuching is astrotious. i'll just wait till the price is reasonable.
