when i looked at SS Commander Bacara at elljay review, how come he got "white stuff" at his back skirt?

haha i oso dunno which one's better. but for now i really like both

lol, putting the pony tails to the front is no easy job, i know, i tried, but i succeeded in the end , wait till u get yours and u will know , oh and be extra careful when u put on the headband too.
