This spreadsheet includes tables for S&P Fees, Loan Agreement Fees, Mortgage Loan calculator - everything in one spreadsheet. The rate table reference is from the Malaysian Bar http://www.malaysianbar.org.my/ website.
The respective sheets are protected (but the workbook is NOT protected), so the user is able to customize further.
If you wish to revise the rate table or introduce new rate tables, please send me the details or webpage references.
Versions available in Excel & LibreOffice / OpenOffice spreadsheet formats.
Most suitable for home-owners, home-buyers, bank / loan officers, real-estate agents, legal / conveyancing staff, etc.

I have released V2.10 of this spreadsheet (in Excel & LibreOffice / OpenOffice formats).
New features include;
a) Correction of Loan Agreement rate table.
b) Different rate table for Sub-Sale and new property (from Developer)
c) Late payment calculation (10-tier) included with option for fixed daily interest and compound daily interest.
In addition, there was some bug fixes and corrections.
