Anyone has news on phone LTE yet after this maxis announcement? Is only for broadband at the moment right?

Is there anyone failed to get LTE signal in LTE area after update? One phone I got another 1 only shows 3G. Is it because of different plan, ivalue and the normal 1 gb data plan?
