I really hope there will not be any internet quota and fair usage policy or any similar sh1ts with 4G(LTE).

if QoS is 1.5Mbps, it'll stuck @ 1.5Mbps regardless the device?

does anyone know for fact 'bout the speed of celcom 4g enabled sim in 4g enabled device but on HDPSA+ (non-4g) area?
