For your information, the problem is you yourself who don't understand simple instructions.
You yourself claim that the item is working perfectly at our office. If the device is was faulty, why was it working at our office? Could you explain that? We told you to bring your laptop to prove the problem. Did you take the initiative to bring your laptop? NO.
Even a non-technical person can distinguish the real issue here. The problem is irrelevant to the device.
Yes, you been wasting your time including ours. We've been patient enough to give you support and entertain your baseless claims. You opted to bring the case to TTPM thinking you were right which is merely an assumption of yours. You lost the hearing at TTPM, whereby your claims was forfeited.
Sort out your computer at your office and your laptop and last but not least, accept your defeat and move on
