Hi bro..yes best to apply on brand new car as a layer of protection. After applying Permanon coating, waxing is not required anymore. Wax will not b able to stick on Permanon coating . Do let me knw if u r interested to do Permanon coating upon arrival of ur car. Thanks bro

But hopefully they know how to polish coz there are a few cases whereby salesman did polishing for them and ended up having more scratches and swirl mark than ever.
