Hi, Morning, Im a new user of Y580.. i purchased from Mid Valley PC fair.
Im facing 1 problem after i doing recovery on the laptop. My Screen backlight didnt not on after i complete my recovery but windows is running.

- afterward im using ext-LCD monitor i can see it.. but my laptop screen didnt no appears anything. (windows still running)

- the next day i open.. my laptop back to normal...... my LCD light is on...

Do i need to sent service for this? bcuz i don have any evidance...

Hmm... i just updated my y580 to win 8.. but y i still got 4 unknown driver.. also... my IE cant open now ?? im already done a clean install..
