i talk with the person in service center, Y580 is a problem machine, everyone send their device via common issues such as display problem:
1. screen stuck while playing game
2. hardware problem such as myself, bluescreen and power problem

EDITED : mostly Y480 hav no big issue, from the aspect of performance are better than Y580 although the spec is not that high, mostly the problem in Y480 is bluetooth issue.

bro try and go lowyat lenovo service center, really highly recommended, trust me smile.gif i been sitting there for whole day chit chat and while fixing my lappy problem with the <technicians biggrin.gif > there.

By usually the service is fantastic la.

Btw, my fren who also used Y580, but it appears that he is unable to get the bluetooth driver install ler. In factory setting, everything is working fine. But after format cannot get the bluetooth install.
- Have tried to reformat and install
- Have tried with multiple different driver
- Have tried to toggle the bluetooth in the wireless panel then install
- Have tried with windows update then install
Above all solution tested but still failed, any ideas and advise? icon_question.gif
hardware prob perhaps?? im not technician cant help but u can always go to service center to check it for u smile.gif

Where to buy / does it need the optical bay / guide to install it physically etc

hey guys whoever installed windows 8 did u guys try to play games with that??
Not the free games from MS but games like Crysis, Guild Wars 2, Dishonored, Darksiders II etc.
