QUOTE(dD_se7en @ Dec 19 2012, 09:00 AM) have been using G100 for awhile now, around 6 months+ when im at the medium sensitivity setting (didnt really use the lowest and highest setting), when i move slowly across the screen, it will shows some jerking symptoms, and the middle scrollwheel, sometimes it doesnt register when i click, and sometimes it double registers.... so getting kind of frustrated by it.... but the jerking symptom seems non-existent when i play games.... that is why im wondering whether the mouse is dying or just its attitude got problem..... >.< also planning to get replacement soon, but wanted to ask whether these symptoms are common among G100 users.... QUOTE(jasmineivan @ Jan 31 2013, 05:04 PM) The coating of most of the gaming will have some wear and tear after some period of intensive usage. That's very common and most of the mouse only serve at 100% for maybe about 2 years period. Unless you willing to choose some products that whole thing using glossy surface which is not nice to grip at all. + 1.... This will happen to all different mouse but much faster on rubber coated surface (as on most of Razer product) choose something that using a featured plastic surface which will last much longer and providing almost equal level of comfort and gripping power. never gonna buy a mouse with rubber coating.... coz of my sweaty hands and also the "awkward feel" when holding something rubber-ish.... personally would get sandpaper texture plastic (like the one on G700, but didnt use for long coz of my gripping style... |

QUOTE(ainuddin @ Mar 13 2013, 10:34 PM) just bought the last batch of g9x today, super cheap. gonna sell my g700. i see, congrats bro!what mouse you use now boss? right now im using Logitech Anywheremouse MX, thinking of waiting for the rumoured G900, but if the new G9x replacement is not a claw-grip type mouse, then I will buy the SS Diablo mouse coz is also suitable for claw grip |

QUOTE(ainuddin @ Mar 14 2013, 12:17 AM) my friends got the anywhere mouse, really gooding mouse. almost bought it over the g9x, but since i dont need wireless and need the dpi settings, i went to g9x. however a friend of mine is always ready to swap his anywhere mouse with my g700. well, i never own a SS mouse yet, but since the diablo mouse is ambidextrous (coz i need claw the mouse steelseries mouse are very nice. maybe will get 1 in future. seems like logitech now more focused on mobile/tablet products. i have a bad feeling that there will not be a new flagship mouse coming. PS: sigh..... all depending on logitech, faster faster release new G900!!!!! |

Guys, wanna ask for suggestions to get my replacement mouse for G100, I am fed up with its sudden "cursor jerk" and random double or triple click on the scroll wheel...
wanted to ask is there any budgeted mouse where it has non-rubberized surface and ambidextrous in shape? (I claw my mouse) |

QUOTE(Zgames @ Jul 2 2013, 09:45 PM) Idk but I liked clawing more than palm grip. It's hard to let go when you know you're in the "Comfort Grip" of it. And you can set how much dpi in certain games like let's say you like to play as Recon in BF3 and you want a low dpi you set it in the Game Programming. haha.... if you say you can claw it, then i guess it will not be a problem for me then You can know them more here > Logitech Gaming Programming Tutorial Also here if you want to download the software > Download Logitech Gaming Programming thanks for the input... QUOTE(GodJesterZ @ Jul 2 2013, 10:36 PM) LOL.... abyssus, that mouse.... glossy surface? me got sweaty hands.... never an option... |

QUOTE(GodJesterZ @ Jul 2 2013, 11:20 PM) they got the mirror version which is glossy do check them out. Razer mouse anything more than rm270 there is no point buying cause u wont be utilising such a high dpi unless you really want customizibility. LOL... i think you misunderstood my meaning... i mean, i have sweaty hands, and the glossy surface a.k.a the mirror version, will only make the mouse looks extremely dirty and gross after using it for awhile... that is why i never considered most of razer's mice, because they're either glossy or rubberized... yea.... not going to buy the mouse just because of the dpi settings.... the mouse, mostly using it for homework and light gaming... so 1600dpi already suffice for me... |

QUOTE(GodJesterZ @ Jul 3 2013, 12:09 AM) haha... like that also need to kill people, then forum no member already... QUOTE(Clem1982 @ Jul 3 2013, 09:45 AM) you could try the Recon from Cooler master as well, TTe-sports are making decent moice also but they're pricier IMHO even the G400s is pricey, it should be priced at the level of the previous G400 i see... CMstorm's Recon? Tt... okay, will research their mice... oh... didnt know that G400 already EOL... so now all with the added "s" behind them? like G500s, G700s etc? QUOTE(kayFX @ Jul 3 2013, 01:01 PM) You got my vote to go for DA.. LOL.... should be NON-rubberized, but nvm.... Claw, rubberized, ambidextrous sounds like a steelseries sensei raw is for u.. try it out.. |
