You already bought it? Take the weight cartridge off, will put strain on your wrist, not good for long hours. 

Yea, the first time i got it, playing with the weight stuff. Put in a few grams. After long hours of playing games, my wrist hurts so bad.

What the difference between RM20 mouse and gaming mouse?
If just the extra buttons on the mouse then I dun think I'll get one, keyboard enough buttons already

Aluminium surface mouse.... shape is ambidextrous, but the size... not sure if claw grip is possible...

well, Aluminium doesnt rust.... plus it is coated....

never gonna buy a mouse with rubber coating.... coz of my sweaty hands and also the "awkward feel" when holding something rubber-ish....

personally would get sandpaper texture plastic (like the one on G700, but didnt use for long coz of my gripping style...  ) or other plastic based... but never glossy plastic... reason same as rubber coating... sweaty hands....
