netflix u need xbl gold and netflix paid membership plan and US based VPN.

To register, for your gamertag. use google and get an address. Gamertag means nothing in gaming but your assigned to the countries marketplace

Just make a fake sg adress like what i did. You can use your MY credit card to purchase the XBOX gold membership. You can play with other foreign players after you become member. But I prefer PS3 online games. Free & have lots of other local Malaysian players which is much fun to play with.

I have 2 accounts. First, a SG gamertag. Just google and use a fake SG address. They won't post anything so don't worry. For payment, I use Paypal. So far never fail. Once I used Maybank Debit Card, also worked but IDK now because I heard now cannot use it anymore (need confirmation on this).

Second account was an US account. While I never tried any credit card payment or debit card or Paypal with it, IDK if our Malaysia credit card works? I bought a US XBLA Gold last time from a third party website and slightly cheaper too. The process is the same. Need to use fake US address. Made my gamertag via xxxx@passport.com.

The thing is, from my opinion, US gamertag, they have more goodies in the dashboard. Some of the demo are not available in SG dashboard but exist in US dashboard. So I like downloading demos. I feel like US gamertag is very nice. Even others told me that they are cheaper in everything. IDK.

Then again. If you're new with Xbox, IDK probably worth checking out an US account before committing a gamertag.

if want speed for local ip then you can streaming with crackle...crackle is free but you need gold member...but ..but still you need vpn and US acnt to download all the movie apps ie. crackle,netflix,vudu...

im using strongvpn....sometimes can up to 2+ mbps...for HD streaming you need at least 2.5 mbps ...wat i do is rent n download HD movie to hdd ..once download is running then disconnect...download thru local ip...reach 99 % then reconnect back the vpn till the end...

You may download a Game on Demand from US account to your local console but you are unable to play a NTSC-UC or PAL disc on an NTSC-J console. The Disc is usually region locked.

For NTSC-J console like asian set, you can only play NTSC-J and region free games.

Just sell that game off, it's not for your console

Dungeon Siege 3 is region free game.

Check your Xbox box. It show the region the console was manufactured for.

thx for the reply , what if i use US account to buy a game from xbox live , and download the game from xbox live, could it be play ? Bcos my gf want to play zumba fitness rush, is only US and europe can access to play this game, since the DVD is region locked, if download will region locked too ?

If you have the way to bypass the IP limitation (I am surey you did your research here ) you will not have problem on the region thingie as that's limited to DVD media only.
