anyone playing?

just saw a machine at times square and its really intense this time. first play can't even reach first boss.

got oredy ah the arcade? JB arcades damn lame ler, dun have any new games. Really want to play ler.

Yeah, I saw it at TS a long while ago. Gameplay is good. Reminds me of Crisis Zone except you're shooting at zombies. Widescreen goodness as well. It's pretty much the most popular game there (aside from the Initial D).

How much is the game? RM 2? How's the game? Too bad 1u, Mid Valley and Sungei Wang don't have the game yet. So sad

Not likely HOTD4 will see the daylight at other arcades (Holiday Planet is sadly one fine example - the only thing I see updated is the drum/music games as well as fighting ones) unless its a proven money maker. Based on the size alone I think it costs a LOT.

I'd rather mod my PC to the highest-end available instead of spending so much to buy one arcade machine at home @_@

but if u buy arcade machine, u can change the game inside right? they use some kind of cartridge if im not mistaken.

Well, if you buy the fighting game machines, yes la of course. Change software. But game boards are not cheap. You'd have to be rich to have your own personal arcade updated.

As for other machines, the old types are updatable (I once saw a Virtua Cop 2 machine, but the game is House of the Dead 1 lol). But the new ones especially when they have special buttons ON the gun which is needed in game, tough luck. Racing games, I know that some arcades just buy Initial D V3 software and promotional stickers/boards, and change the software while sticking the stickers on the machine.

oh man...i was asking about house of dead and you all keep saying arcade sux...

Lol...to me arcade doesnt suck....its a fun place with "vaccum cleaners" everywhere.

I will go play more of this game soon....sucks that TS is the only place that have this.

only thing that sucks is this:

BTS is so damn far from my house...

BTS is rather close by to my college (around 10 mins walking uphill from Systematic )...yet I'm not willing to go to TS just to play one game.
