as a dh reflect damage + extra health is pain in the ass, cause it's an affix that you cannot do anything towards it. as for all other affix we can respond to it: that is run away from them.
bah..as DH the only thing which I really hate is Vortex... because once pulled in in a pool of molten + arcane..its GG.
