hello. I need help for my galaxy note GT-N7000. It won't turn on at all

hi my lg g2 (D802) stuck with lg logo
got it brick while downgrading firmware from 4.4.2 to 4.2 (flashing tool crashed)
now no usb wont recognize my mobile, got no download mode, no reovery mode

only jtag seems to be option..

so how much would the charge be

My lenovo A850 just won't boot up after ROM flash.
If plug to PC without battery, only red light shows up and PC cannot detect handphone.
May I know can it be fix??
