I wanted to have cocoa grey, but my SA told me that I have to wait. No way, I cant wait any longer teehee
so i chose plum red EB CFE. i just reached 1200++km on odo, but still maintain the 'running-in' driving behavior.
About fuel, I use Primax 95 until now, and will slowly change to BHP Ron95. Thanks for the advice bro

driving an MPV was quite awkward for me since I only have a Perodua Kancil before. Of course we want a problem-free car, but my EB CFE has few minor problems. First the third brake light; 3 LEDs did not light up, and already told the SC, waiting for replacement part

Secondly, my CD player; it keeps on 'hanging', not responding and then turned off by itself. When I turn it back on, all my radio presets were gone. it was like the CD player is self-resetting. this problem occurs quite a few times, and ONLY HAPPEN if I use the radio. It do not happen when I used audio CD. The people at the SC already dissemble, and reassemble the CD player but it still happen. is there any other solution? or am I the only EB owner that have this problem?

About the engine, as usual, as I read on previous threads before, there is engine jerking when i started to drive from stationary, but I'm sure it is a normal behavior for CVT right? overall, I'm very impressed to own this EB CFE. My original plan was to buy a Saga FLX, but my father advised me to buy a bigger car, so I choose Exora Bold, and it worth! No regret at all

again, my cd player turned off by itself twice yesterday. is there any option for me to get a new one? since my EB is still under warranty (1500km mileage)

about my third brake light, the SC told me that they need to check if that part is under their warranty. WTFish? its a new car, 2 weeks old.

thats very lucky. mine, I booked EB CVT, and I requested for full loan. first the SA applied from Bank Islam but they approved 76k only. as I dont have much cash at that time, I asked him to proceed with other bank. the following week, Bank Rakyat approved 79.9k. so I just pay about 100++ to the SA.


but, I have no chance of choosing my desires color. I wanted to have coca grey, and my second choice was elegant brown. but the SA told me that there are no stock for those 3 colors and I have to wait if I wanted that color. despite of waiting, I chosed plum red (which is the display car). As expected at that time, I'm quite regret as plum red is not my favourite color. but thats ok for me. it took about 1 week from bank approval until I get the car

1 week only? I thought it was long enough, but since I had just joined this forum for a week, I noticed some of abang2 and kakak2 here need to wait for few months to get their EB. should I consider myself lucky?

however, upon receiving my car, I was expecting to get few gifts, but I only get an umbrella. as I said earlier, my car was a display car, the odo only show 16 km (not to bad). I noticed there are few minor scratches on the gear panel, but i just "butakan mata'' for that. some of u might get a full tank, but mine? only 3 bars upon starting the engine, reduced to 2 once I drove off 3 km. such a kedekut SA. no smart tag, no full tank, no steering lock, what to expect? its a full loan car. maybe thats their behavior upon receiving full loan application. no rebate, no doscount, yada yada yada 1 thing that still tickle me until now, the SA told me that the boot organiser is a kelambu? where the H he learn that? proton's SA need to know protons car very well

my first impression on this car, the engine is superb! quite laggy during early driving is normal for me, cabin space? no doubt, it is very spacious! air cond? no worries, all 3 rows blower. reverse camera work very well, but sometimes my reverse sensor becomes gila, but dimaafkan

only after 2 weeks, I did my first service on 1007 km, changed to synthium 800 (said to be changed the next 6000km) I aslo complaint about my cd player and third brake light, seems like i need to bring my car to COE for faster respond.

my advice for those who are still thinking about what car to buy, just tawakkal, proceed to EB CVT. at only 80k, (vios 77k+, city 80++k), u'll get a seven-seater car. so u wanted to have a satria neo badly? think back. its a 7 or 9 years loan, at age 31, i've already seetled my EB loan. lulz. and at that time, some of u might consider to have an MPV (family keeps growing, etc etc)

my dashboard also produce some vibrating noice during 2k rmp at 20-40km/h. considered normal. just pekakkan telinga. heheh

my EB missed one of the clips. I called my SA, the next weekend I got the replacement from him.

I already fed up with the SA. he said I only have 2 colors to choose, which both of them are the display car. no way I cant wait any longer.

about free gift, I didnt expect much from him, just, if he could give me a full tank would be nice.

I have 1 question, how much comission that SA get for each EB CFE sold? just wondering

Just now I went to proton edar near Selayang Mall, going to check out the new Exora Bold standard CFE. priced at only rm69k++, the new EB has CFE engine with CVT! OMG!

I was like, a littlebit of regret as I owned EB CFE (the rm80k) for just 3 weeks! I bought this EB because I wanted to have the CFE engine so badly. No wonder lah my SA at that time really desperate to sell this car to me.

As I reached there, the car still in the car wash, and I had no time to wait. According to the SA there, this EB CFE Standard use CFE and CVT. Exteriorly, it is quite similar with exora CPS standard (no paint on side mirrors and door handle), except for the new front bold bumper. Besides, fabric seat, and I guess no armrest for front seat, MAYBE no overhead DVD player, no reverse camera. "MAYBE" because I haven't seen the car yet. One more thing, it dont comes with sport rim, just normal rim with newly designed wheel cover.

So, with RM69k++, I dont really care abt the accessories as we can slowly customize the car. Its really worth. I'm pretty sure some of the Exora CPS (the RM72k one) might feel regret, yeah sure.

i thought all CFE comes with turbo?

i think it is because of the channel from DVD player interfere with the frequency of the aired radio station. try to change a new channel at the DVD player.

I also have this problem. until now no complaint made to the sc, trying to adapt with it. it usually happen during cold start and during rapid deceleration (emergency stop at red light)
