After 5 months own this EB with 11000km done, the only problem is the oil control valve. When idling got a jerk like engine misfiring and cause the rpm shoot up 200rpm and then back to normal. Rattling sound start to appear already when hard acceleration from zero, but it's tolerateable. When you love something, you will ignore the flaws.
I love my EB |

QUOTE(CGLegacy @ Sep 3 2012, 09:31 PM) I never drive the CPS .... but it is a common complaint that CPS engine is underpower. With CFE bold I personally satisfied with the power, being driving Toyota Unser for the past 10yrs as family mover moving to Exora CFE is a big step up. Not to exegerate but traveling long distance with family in Exora CFE is 3X more enjoyable than with Unser in overall This post has been edited by klate: Sep 4 2012, 05:39 PM |

I paid everything for CFE including the petrol but most of the time driven by my wife . I only have a chance to drive when traveling long distance with family. For daily commute to work I still stuck with my old volvo. |

QUOTE(CGLegacy @ Sep 4 2012, 09:19 PM) thanks for the info Totally agree with you on running away from Proton.prime is the 90k model... premium the maximum is only 80k lucky you... by the way... no matter how much I try to run from Proton... it seems like no other cars in exora's bold premium class that can match it so far.... grand livina ugly... avanza underpowered... innova 2.0L roadtax and insurance is an overkill for me... 2nd hand grandis is so My first car is an iswara, 2nd kancil 850 auto for wife, 3rd an avanza. Looking for a new and bigger mpv next year once my avanza's loan is complete at the less than RM100K price range. Was initially thinking of getting an innova, but with the price increase some years back, and exora coming out with a better performance engine, can't really find a better mpv. |

Like to check how is the fuel consumption.
Mine is RM50 for ~250km for 80% city driving (wife fetching kids to school and other day-day driving need) My calculation method. Once the fuel indicator light up I reset the trip meter, fill RM50 and take the mileage reading the moment indicater light up again. This post has been edited by klate: Sep 5 2012, 03:34 PM |
