Yes. It's very reliable. It's a Reliance company actually and you may have actually heard of Reliance Travel ? I have personally bought plane tickets as well as hotel rooms through pyotravel website.

PYO is the budget arm of Reliance. They act like AA. No real call centre.. Actually worse than AA call centre! I used them once to Hanoi. That time I missed AA Promo but upon checking PYO, they still having similar promo using AA wth hotel at almost AA promo pricing. So I grabbed the opportunity and used them.

Just like AA, every transaction is online & confirmed online. I was worried also after made my payment. I started calling them ~ 1mth b4 departure and no one anwering at all... After days of attempts, I just worte them and email and they replied also days later asking me not to worry & bla-bla.. a week or two, they will sent a reminder (If I still can recall)...I tried to call again.. but no one answering.. So I just prayed hard and lucky upon checked-in ..The itineraries that they sent allowed me to board AA haha..and I managed to amke my way to Hanoi & there will be local guide bringing me to the hotel as well as the courtesy 1/2 day Hanoi city tour..thereafter it's just Free & Easy.

Well- reliable but just like AA.. no real customer service at all..All via email communication

Hi

Have anyone travel with pyotravel kl before? I mean those full package with flight and hotel and tour. Appreciate if you can share your experience you had with them. Btw, any recommended travel agency with reasonable-priced tour package? Thanks

Actually i have 4 holiday tours with PYO from 2009-2014, It is Okey overall, yah is AA grade like others said. why i choose PYO because it is the cheapest and i am lazy to PLAN MY OWN TRIP, "research" in google for first time, then visit the real place for 2nd time, kinda you visit the place twice. tongue.gif (my wife plan my busan trip and she complain to me, she already know the place in google, and i am wasting time looking at map for direction, finding WiFi spot...)

just pay extra hundred and get somebody plan for you...not really a bad idea.

sorry i already feel old to move sad.gif sad.gif sad.gif

PYO Travel has the lousiest service I ever had. Sent them email and never get a reply. Called their office and no one pick up the call. Even harder to contact a bank hotline. Never ever engage with PYO Travel, you will regret for sure. I had a terrible experience with them.

I won't recommend PYO Travel. Has to keep calling them to get the confirmation of our tour and hotel booking and they only replied just a few days shy from the traveling date. It was stressful dealing with them.

i did book flight thru them recently. quite straight fwd in terms of booking & payment. after that they told me to go direct to airline site for things like seat allocation & check in. fair enuff.

I am writing this reply for anyone who might be interested in booking with them in 2018 but not sure. I made my payment last night by 7:00 pm for a flight next week. I was worried when I didn't receive my payment confirmation email, but then I checked their website and realized they only open from 9:00 am to 6:15 pm on weekdays. Can't remember when they open on Saturdays. I chilled and waited till 9:10 am today and called but they didn't answer. Then I remembered the few bad reviews I read here and panicked. Exactly 10:17 am, I received my e-ticket. So big ups to them. I recommend them to anyone who is interested in using them.
