charged till 100%, the minute i unplug, it goes to 99%. and just now, i had to shutdown my phone to check out the S/N behind the phone, when i booted up again, it's now 98%....

anyone else facing this issue?

Root your phone and backup using Titanium.
All apps reside inside internal sdcard. Once you wipe/factory reset then all your apps and files will be gone. You can redownload your apps but you gonna lose your data. Only Titanium can backup and restore your apps and your data. But make sure you put your Titanium files inside external sdcard, not internal sdcard.

Ugly and bulky if use casing. Put SP enough edi..right bro.?
If you not gonna root your phone then you wouldn't need backup. Most ppl do backup coz sometimes shit happen during flashing. Otherwise backup not needed if you stay on stock rom. Update firmwares via FOTA or Kies won't wipe your phone.
Or if you still afraid of losing your apps then you can use MyBackup. It only save the app but not the apps data.
