booked a 1room block b 28floor facing kesas jz now, want 2room but no more unless block a new price. paper gain now. we need pay interest then claim back dibs from developer.

Not really easy entry. Buyer need pay Loan Lawyer & Stamp Duty. Also pay RM10k upon booking & top up till 5% upon signing S&P hmm.gif

If you get 90% loan they will refund based on % of the draw down stages. Means pay RM30k+ buy only get back in 3 year. Am thinking not to finance the 5% since so slow take back sweat.gif

some call it bbb but i jz reinvest the profit i made from prop and keep some for holding. need target x amount of passive income for retirement.

it is hard to draw a line between bbb and investment but i think bbb is more on blindly buy whereas investment is more on calculated risk. i could b wrong and glad to be corrected so that i will learn from my mistake.
