Not really easy entry. Buyer need pay Loan Lawyer & Stamp Duty. Also pay RM10k upon booking & top up till 5% upon signing S&P
If you get 90% loan they will refund based on % of the draw down stages. Means pay RM30k+ buy only get back in 3 year. Am thinking not to finance the 5% since so slow take back
