if u were me, would u let go for small quick bucks or cancel for zero bucks? hold it, could go either way, up/ down/ flat. lrt and brt is coming, the nearby highclass condo is also coming. will we see a brand new usj1?
nontheless a v good news for im and other ppl who bought usj1 2-3yr ago.
